A vacation in Britain

A lot of people are finding things tough this year which will mean that more people than normal will be holidaying in Britain this year. This is not such a bad thing though, because there are plenty of excellent places to visit.
One of the top spots this year will be Scotland. This is a historically fascinating place, and there is so much for people to do. You can tackle the highlands, or take in the beautiful city of Edinburgh, or you could spend all your time on the excellent golf courses! Whatever you decide to do, you will find that there are plenty scottish cottages to rent.
Another place where you will be glad you stayed in the UK is the Lake District, and one of the nicest places you could choose in this location is Keswick. Keswick is a delightful market town which is large enough to give you access to all the essential shops you need on any holiday whilst retaining all of its charm. It is perfectly placed for many of the best things to see in the lakes. You will also find that there are some perfect Keswick cottages available to rent too.
Another lovely spot is Northumbria. This is a great spot for a holiday and you should find that the prices in this area are excellent. You will find some beautiful little towns in this part of the world, and you are never too far away from the incredible Hadriens wall. You can find lots of cottages in northumberland online if you think that this is the spot for you.
